Is Virtual Surgical Planning for Bimaxillary Surgery Required?

If I am doing a straightforward single jaw surgery that is not segmental in any way, I do not do VSP for those cases. For multiple reasons, obviously, you know, one of the greatest benefits of doing virtual surgical planning for bimaxillary surgeries is you don't have to worry about the relationship of the maxilla to the skull base. But also the asymmetry, it's so nice for me and probably other surgeons too, to be able to see some of those bony interferences in three dimensions on a digital virtual surgical plan. It really helps to make sure that you know what to expect as far as intraoperative problems, where you're going to have interferences
