Zillow and Open Door, they kind of messed up the algorithm and they overpaid for a lot of the property that they were flipping. They sold tranches and packages of those properties off to other private equity companies. So again, even though the I buyers made mistakes, the little guy didn't get to profit off of that. The exit strategy is going to go from fixing and flipping to wholesaling.
