The law is going to get us pound of flesh. Does Jesus take the law seriously? Absolutely. He's the one that gave us our summary. Love the Lord your God with all your heart, mind, soul and strength. Love your neighbor as yourself. Do this and you will live type of thing versus pointing out where we go to get life.
