I'm asking you this specifically because obviously, we're living a very strange time where there's a lot of devisiveness. And life is movement as well. What would you say about people utilizing this, intentionally utilizing movement and dance as a tool to improve their mental health? Because ultimately, if we think of it in a very simple, simplet way, all we need to do is to just put on the music and move our body it. There doesn't need to be anybody in the room. It can be our self expression,. putting on music and just dance and move it for free.
