Theology Law or Medicine? What Are the Roots of the University?

University as we know it today has its roots in the medieval university system. It wasn't such a wide range of subjects like you have today where you can take pretty much anything. You were learning theology law or medicine and you could do that in all sorts of cities across Europe. We're going to talk about more of the institution and a bit of what it was like.
