The Tax Office Threatened Yawn With Legal Consequences
Some of the investors in Yawn's business included the mob. The tax office began to take notice because when you start to get coin, the government will be like, wait a minute, how you getting money? Because we need to figure out how to take it from you. So eventually the tax office pulls up and the Pennsylvania Securities Commission threatened Yawn with legal consequences. They were like, okay, we about to put you in jail if you don't start giving us some of this money. And so Yawn was like, I'm unfazed.
