"You earn your chance to win. It doesn't matter if it's sports, relationships, friendships, business," he says. "It's crazy to watch these kids flat out tell my kids what I should have done as a father." He adds that parents who don't put in the work required for their kid to be competitive are guilty of not giving them an equal opportunity.
