Is There a Global Crisis Response Team That Can React Quickly?
Some people in effective altruism have been talking about the end of building rapid response teams so that people are kind of available on the fly to stop the work they're doing currently. What you would want ideally would be a mix of the two where you would have something truly rapid and can that can react quickly, but something that has actual leverage. And in the current landscape it's hard to imagine exactly what that would be and where this would live. But obviously I think it is needed.
