How Does Evidence of an Israeli Population in the Land of Canaan Support an Early Exodus Story?
There's an inscription that survives of an Egyptian fair of saying that he conquered Israel and it's mid-13th century. And that does show that by that time there was a group of people who were calling themselves Israel. So the question is how they get there, where did they come from? And so part of what I'll be dealing with in my court, where do they coming from? And howDo these stories grow and get so exaggerated? It would be crazy to take a little detail of these big stories and say this happened in the 18th dynasty.
