When you're assessing a deal in a new market especially if there's any been a few or even one searcher what kind of the three things that you're thinking about that would if the answer came back negative would turn you away. I say on this on the searchers side is A we want we want a very close affinity to that country so you know sometimes you have searchers searching in a country they're not from which can work but I think that that would be more difficult.
