Jolt: What we're finding in cold email is that introducing a little bit of indecisiveness as the seller saying, hey, look, I may not know the exact right formula for success for you. That is humanizing. Once you get an answer from them, you send out that ping, you get the echo back. And now you can decide how am I going to navigate this decision tree to make sure that I'm responding in an effective way? Jolt: When the customer stops worrying about whether to do this, what they start worrying about is how to do it. You got to shift gears from trying to beat the status quo to trying to overcome indecision.
