Cindy: To start recruiting the teachers, we didn't put out an advertisement, say, teacher online, make 20 bucks an hour. We thought we wouldn't get the right people. So we put out a campaign to our teachers, but also in the social media online,. and we say, join the fun, be the inspiration. This is a powerful lesson in building incentives into your business.
