Rick Steves: I'm thinking that it might be helpful to widen the idea of practice and a formal method away from meditation sitting on the cushion. There are many, many practices in Zogchen that are not about sitting down on the cushion; they're about finding and reminders and relating. And you know, that can be more fluidly interspersed throughout your daytime. But there's also something in my organism that feels like there's some, some renounceative thing,. Maybe perhaps sneaking in here that I have to disown something that's important to me or something like that which is probably a misrepresentation.
