The egyptian government says that since they were going so fast, over the operating speed of the seven 67, that it's possible that there was some kind of air dynamic anomaly which was putting pressure on the elevator. Since the plane was outside of its operating envelope, that the winds may have been forcing one elevator up and one elevator down, and it's possiblethat they couldn't pull out of it. Sota: I believe their claim is that the aer dynamic forces were so great, it broke the actuators, which then made it impossible to pull back up none side. They did say something else that would explain that as well, ok? Each elevator is moved by three actuators
