Jim Boulden: I get asked all the time now, what's it like to serve with Prag and Shepherding full time and not be a local church pastor anymore. He says people expect him to say "all the burdens much harder because I'm in the middle of dealing with hundreds of pastoral situations" But he has realized is it's still different. It doesn't matter how few or how many people you have,. That layer that level of responsibility and burden that a local church pastors carries is incredibly real.
