How to Build a Functional Elite
LZ Granderson: How do you build a functional elite? And now in the governance futures in project in particular, we're looking at the United States and sort of broadly the Western world. He says what we see is a dysfunctional oligarchy with people who are powerful somewhat but not that well coordinated. LZ: It's just everyone milling about it. It's like a herd of cats and they don't know what to do. You actually get something for your tax money. That's a dysfunctional state that you want to avoid.
