After they were denied ark in 21 shares got right back on the horse and applied again. The scc hasn't acknowledged those and basically acknowledge means they post it to the federal register. But at the end of that 240 day time period is january 10th of 2024 So we will have an answer byJanuary 10th 2024 at the very least no And okay, so I think they filed because of that Right and they wanted to have an application or outstanding with the scc.
