The History of the Present

I think the 19 nineties were, it might be more theoretically a question of form or format. And i think in the 19 Nineties, the internet was still just offering a different form for the format of the journal or the book. I don't want what i say to seem uncritical, that er i'm saying, it's either good or bad. I wantit to be placed out there neutrally as it had happened. But i suppose the question that i'm getting at is, you have to lose your perspective of to day to be able to enter into that perspective of yesterday. It's almost like the logical conundrum, isn't it?
