When we discover a capture and internalize the positive mental map it's an addition not a replacement. We never lose the problem solving model that we're in most of the time when we find the purpose finding model it gives us great power but we don't lose anything. So what I'm hearing there is it's not an either or you know this it can absolutely be an andI know in the positive organization you write about that importance of embracing contrasting tensions. It's easy to swing the pendulum too far from one way to the other so why do you think it's so important we can embrace the contrasting tensions?
