You've got to be based in empathy and understand what your desk is. And then you need to be an honest assessment of, is that the right fit for you? Some people will hold a certain customer in super high regard even though they've never done the actual due diligence on them. They're investing in you as a person and your integrity and all those things matter. It's almost the number one thing they evaluate first, is what I trust the sky and its team.
