The Multi-Pronged Issue of Jail Administration

There should not be romanticism of violence, which unfortunately has become a cinnakwah known in Punjab. And coupled with that, in so far as jail administration is concerned, you see, that is a governance challenge. But I think most importantly, there is this larger question of crowding. So under those circumstances, we need to adopt a multi-pronged issue in order to ensure that you do not have these kind of aberrations manifest themselves.
