The key moment of the week was when opposition leader Peter Dutton spoke. He said, changing our constitution to enshrine a voice will take our country backwards, not forwards. It should be very clear to Australians by now that the Prime Minister is dividing our country, not uniting us. And we're still months away from a vote, and it's likely to see this conversation intensify as we get closer to that moment. The question is that this bill be narrowed a second time, and I call the leader of the opposition.
