A Microthesis, a Microthesis?

I suffer from a kind of synaptic syndrome whereby I have a lot of mucuses and fluids that need to be kept moving around my head passages. You can occasionally hear a little tiny minute or growling from the inside as well. But then, if Hany tries to correct that, it involves lots of him slurping tea. And oddly, also blowing his nose. So, if you know a tiny Greek man... A microthesis? Well, I'm looking for a microthesis. If you know anyone that fits the bill - blow him up your nose.
