The Effects of Habit on the Body

In the traditional version of habit, this habit bundling is to do something good for yourself and then like reward yourself with something else. Well, I think that also flows into another concept, which is really interesting, particularly actually about sugar. And it creates sort of a feedback loop. It makes me want to build more things, which inspires me to create videos,. So if I get into a good loop, it continues on. If I get in a bad loop or I break a loop, it takes a lot of momentum to create that inertia to create loops again.
