Do You Sell Designers by Value Based?
Do you sell designers by or by value, by deliverables? That would depend on the service we're selling. We've always believed that like team weekly base pricing best allows for us to navigate that journey and make the best decisions. In some cases it's value based, if it's something that we feel like we can do without a lot of risk. Select a junior designer might have a lower rate, but they can stay in the work longer. Whereas Like a leader, o director, is going to have a higher rate. They can't stay in as long because we need them to work on internal stuff,. It could also be retainer base, like cost per team per week.
