I think ima genuinely look im a minesotan. I'm an authentic person, like i wear my personality on my sleeve. There can be a little bit of an impostor inrem to this day. This is a really important one. When you first start out, you're often trying to look to imitate. You now see what is good. And so maybe their initial leadership style is about being the opposite of something and not necessarily copying it.
