The Con of Pension Freezes in the Contract
Pension contribution rate has decreased but money is still going in to the pension fund. Full time drivers can bid into those positions and get them because they will likely have the seniority to do so. But, you know, that really just contributes to the to the long long way of part timers trying to get full time work right.
