She asks about a move that the Cardinals didn't have to make this winter because we just saw the Padres pony up to extend many Machado after he expressed his intention to opt out following the season. Do you think that had anything to do with the timing that he didn't get to see how the market played out and some of the big dollar deals that were handed out?
