The jury just couldn't reconcile in their mind whether or not he acted alone. There was chatter and I say chatter because it's floating around when you look at message boards that there was a lot of people that thought his brother David had a role to play. The earliest he could be out is 25 at the parole board of Greece or he could go life if he doesn't have any more parole hearings after that.
