Speed Endurance - You Can Coach a Squad on This Set

My speed endurance set is a lactic power type work and it would would generally be 40 25 60 25 80 25s. The athletes i always found got better bizarrely um because they're cleaning up as they go so i have this thing i don't like i call it ship backstroke. My other gem is something that i do is max distance per cycle and i've done this all the way from years ago right from the word go. It's clean effortless movement and of course you're also producing the same lactate in your body if you're working hard enough.
