Probiotics Can Improve IBS and Improve Leaky Gut
There is a burgeoning literature on probiotics and this literature is showing we can improve conditions from mastitis all the way through mild cognitive impairment in those with Alzheimer's. Different probiotics are used in almost all of these studies. Some are lactobacillus and bifurbacterium, some are saccharomyces blardii, some are bacillus. And also remember that if something is helping give your system some time, we may not need to rush to more intervention If at as in this last cases case, a one month follow up shows improvement. Less is truly more, less dietary restriction, less supplements, less interventions, less drugs. That is usually the best intervention.
