Scott Ralston and Karen Waltz

Karen Waltz's body was found about 10 hours after going overboard 30 miles from the coast of San Diego. Medical examiner determined that she drowned, but there were signs of strangulation on her body. Scott Ralston was arrested by the FBI with a warrant from the Bahamas who owned the ship for murder on high seas. He later changed his story yet again to say that the Israeli government killed Karen and framed him for the crime.
