Within 16 days of this story breaking, the FDA essentially instructs Wyeth to add a warning to their label because there's not a warning on the label. So Wyeth does that because they don't really have a choice. The whole letter is sort of designed to downplay concerns, right? Like sorry, this might kill you, but proceed.
