Coinbase's Process for Evaluating Cryptocurrencies
Coin base has a rigorous process for evaluating its products and services. In more than 90 percent of the cases that we evaluate we say no thank you to these assets because at present we are not authorized to list digital asset securities here in the u.s. We rely upon internal experts on the securities laws a failings of outside law firms with the best lawyers in the country advising us on these issues. There's no way that they all could avoid the the limitations of the federal securities laws, he says.
