The Connection Between Art and Entrepreneurship

There's a kind of overconfidence behind entrepreneurship, whether it's artistic or economic. And people feel that in their bones and they carry it into their personal lives. This broader notion of having like a calling, which originally was a religious idea, now has been secularized. I find that is much stronger in America than either England or anywhere on the European continent. It's not even close.
