How Do I Fall Asleep Medicine?

In English, we have this stuff called melatonin. It's gummy of melatonin. Nox me right out. So if you fall asleep really quickly, you can say it knocked you out. For instance, sometimes when I'm not feeling well, I will take cold medicine that is designed to make you fall asleep. They used to call it the sneezing, snoring, stuffy head. And it worked.
