The President's Sheet of China Is Planning to Travel to Russia to Meet Putin

The President's sheet of China is planning to travel to Russia to meet Putin as early as next week. It comes off the back of Putin hosting China's top diplomat in Moscow last month, and then they signaled that Xi would travel to Russia. The timing of this is perhaps much earlier than people anticipated, and no doubt will cause concern amongst Western diplomats. So it's a signal that Xi is choosing a side and may well be about to provide military support to Russia to use in Ukraine. Now, we don't have confirmation of that, but I think that this will lead to further speculation that that is the case.
