You Can't Nurse What It Was That You Did, Taa

Repentance is repenting of something specific that you did, not an idea that somebody feels about you. You can't ask for freedom from the guilt until you feel the pain of what you did. God doesn't forgive without repentance. We get hyper depressed about our sin because we don't forgive ourselves. It's hard for them to really repent in their heart with forgiveness going before it.
