Dr. Burgess: One of the problems that they got into is once they started killing that is such a profound experience that they couldn't stop. We are in the process of trying to look at a study that would ask what went wrong, what could have actually what could have stopped you earlier. The only sort of exception I can think of is Bernadette Pradi case where it was this teenage girl who was trying to sort of elevate her social circle and she's never committed any crimes since.
