It's not true that the passage of time at different points in space varies. The passage of time is always one second per second. It is never two seconds per second. In special relativity, there's a set of different choices you can make, depending on different inertial reference frames. They're all equally good for whatever problem you want. But again, they're all fine. You know, a and generelativity, talk about many fingered times a time can sort of, you can move your slicing of the universe in different ways, in different regions. That's not really one of the fundamental issues in a quantum gravity.
