The Dreadful Martyrdom
i have always assumed that the crucifixion was in this poem. But there is a slight twist on this interpretation which i think i should probably share with you, because so, because i love you, in a way. Anyhow, in a corner, some untidy spot, where the dogs go on with their doggy life, and the torturous horse scratches its innocent behind on a tree. And it's dos i say, it sort of fit perfectly. The miraculous birth to the miraculous death. First the children skated by oblivious, and now nature itself dogs and horses scratch and generally poodle about. So that's what's going on while jesus is on the cross.
