The Price of Success in the Authoritarian Military
There's a lot to be said here about the difference between an authoritarian and a democratic military and how it might fight. I think there is some impetus on the Russian side and their cyber operator side to kind of maybe do the least. If we were now engaged in a conventional conflict, you know sort of my assumption would have been before this discussion. Yeah, you probably would have seen our attempts go up like our overall performance go up because we're going to be trying a lot harder now. Right? But it's very striking to me that Russia didn't seem to sort of shift how it was conducting. Does that indicate that, you know, maybe we would not necessarily shift. Peace time
