The Flora of the Baltic Sea

The flower originally classified as stewartsia coloresci belong to a different genus entirely. A species that's now extinct in the Baltic area, but its closest living relatives today grow in east and southeast Asia. The theory is that the flower originated in Europe and migrated to North America and later Asia. But what did it look like? Well we can't tell from the fossil exactly, but probably yellow, pink or purple flowers.
