In the new cba you have to spend 90 percent of the cap before the first day of the regular season. You can no longer do what for instance the bacers did with miles turner and just give him a lump sum of money. So i assume this is probably a wink wink sort of situation otherwise i don't know what's happening because it's basically going to be kyle kuzma and jordan pool like trading off 30 point shot attempt nights as basketball eskimo brothers. But if it's like a stopgap asset play i'm for it so then why isn't it two years like that's just the part?
