The Interdependence of UEFA and the Champions League

UEFA could think, you know, if we don't like the teams you put forward for our competitions, then dot dot dot. That just worries me slightly. It's an interdependent world, and I think UEFA has an obligation. And if it's not them who? The final couple of sentences of your first answer are where the cynical part of me kicks in,. would I be naive to think that all of this is just about dealing with this current situation?
