The executive team is unique for, I think, what are a couple obvious reasons, right? Like, that's where the buck stops. That's where the ultimate accountability is. The second is that it's some of the only teams where each person runs a very different function versus on the head of marketing has a bunch of people on her team that run different functions of marketing. So none of them are running HR, finance, or legal, or product, right? like it's much more a homogeneous in that way.
