In high income countries, we should be expecting for the price of each vaccine to increase severalfold. There are literally about 20 people in the world with the power to end the pandemic lobali through their decision making on who gets to make the vaccine and where it gets to go. This is just a handful of companies and countries that control the entire global supply of vaccine. So there is a big leadership role that needs to be filled in terms of looking towards ending this crisis.
