Melatonin because of its anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidant potential if you've got enough light hitting the retina can be used daytime for anti-inflammatory without making any drowsy yeah. It's secreted and produced in cells in responses to different stimuli at different times of day so that's why I've looked at taking exogenous melatonin as a little bit like being trying to wash your dishes from your sidewalk.
