The Power of Love
I'm wondering why you chose to tell the story with that perspective. The person who was centered is your grandfather, the perpetrator of the domestic violence. This book is about looking at those who love, love you dearly and love you wrongly. And ways in which they can not necessarily atone, but like your boundaries can be fixed. You can find a place of care for them. But that said, we all make mistakes, right? Not one of us is infallible. Not one of us has not committed harm to someone we love in the name of love even. We are redeemable.
