Fitness exercise and health are essential aspects of well-being. we have a greater capacity to cultivate and share love that extends beyond ourselves If we're unable to meet our own needs due to lack of physical emotional mental and spiritual fitness We become dependent on others such as family and friends to help us meet our needs which puts us in the place of codependency. Developing authentic strength fitness helps us find our growth edge in many ways. Having adequate movement nutrition and variety and sustenance becomes one of the best forms of health insurance there is.
